I saw this recipe floating around on Facebook for a vegan chocolate mouse recently. It looked so good and I could not keep my mind off making it. So I decided to today and it was absolutely as good as it looked!
I decided to change it up a bit. I reduced the honey by about half and I added two scoops of Shaklee’s Chocolate Vitalizing protein, which is an awesome source of non-gmo protein without any added stuff that isn’t good for you. I added a bit more almond milk since I had more powder in my blender.
The result was seriously the most delicious chocolate mousse I have ever had! Really good, and really healthy! I could not tell there was avocado in it at all. My kiddos were of course in my business about it and wanted their share. 🙂
