Homemade ice-cream? Yes, please!

I don’t know about you, but ice-cream in the summer sure tastes good! But if you’re like me, it goes straight to my hips and the dairy usually gives me breakouts and reflux issues.

When my friend Angie shared her homemade ice-cream recipe with me, that can be dairy-free, I made it right away! And….it was a huge hit with my kids! So delicious!

The key is frozen banana. And then any frozen fruit you like (I used berries above and mango below), a few splashes of milk of your choice (I used almond milk) and you can also add some protein powder to make it a more hearty and healthy treat! I love this Life Shake for my morning smoothies so I added that to our ice-cream. So delicious and a great choice!!!
