Since I sell cleaning products, it may seem a little ironic. But it actually works in my favor as I get much better before pictures the longer I wait (procrastinate) on the cleaning:) I have some very good examples of that in this post about cleaning my shower. Every morning when I take a shower, I say to myself &#8220;I need to clean this today!&#8221; But with my 2 small boys and a million other things to do, the shower continues to stay on the &#8220;to do&#8221; list. Until TODAY! Yay!!! Here are some before and after pictures to illustrate what I am talking about. No judgment please:)<\/p>\n<p>You can see how the soap scum has built up on the floor of the shower.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-rwkCJCBzWM4\/Tefujg4_KHI\/AAAAAAAAD04\/yWgVrPruiNA\/s1600\/IMG_5741.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-rwkCJCBzWM4\/Tefujg4_KHI\/AAAAAAAAD04\/yWgVrPruiNA\/s400\/IMG_5741.JPG\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613717754432399474\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>And here is the after picture.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-GYcCdH-7uRc\/Tefvixg3YdI\/AAAAAAAAD1g\/QVzRrWuok4A\/s1600\/IMG_5753.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px;\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-GYcCdH-7uRc\/Tefvixg3YdI\/AAAAAAAAD1g\/QVzRrWuok4A\/s400\/IMG_5753.JPG\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613718841226387922\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>This is what I used to clean it:<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-lgFUgVgROjY\/TefukFuKYZI\/AAAAAAAAD1A\/ii4Mb9bZYRE\/s1600\/IMG_5743.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px;\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-lgFUgVgROjY\/TefukFuKYZI\/AAAAAAAAD1A\/ii4Mb9bZYRE\/s400\/IMG_5743.JPG\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613717764319109522\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>I filled this tub with water and mixed in half a scoop of <a href=\"http:\/\/waterways.myshaklee.com\/us\/en\/products.php?sku=00305\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 153);\">nature bright<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><\/span><\/span><\/a> , which is great for brightening and whitening laundry and removing stains, but also works great to whiten and brighten showers and sinks. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.anntchowgoesgreen.blogspot.com\/\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 153);\">My Mom<\/span><\/a> let some nature bright soak in her white kitchen sink recently and said it was like she had a new sink!<\/p>\n<p>Along with the Nature Bright, I used some of the <a href=\"http:\/\/waterways.myshaklee.com\/us\/en\/products.php?sku=00430\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 153);\">Scour Off Paste<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><\/span><\/span><\/a> with a scrub brush. It did such a great job at removing the soap scum.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-Kv4McDwgR6s\/TefvjuX-1yI\/AAAAAAAAD1w\/viAc5WnqK50\/s1600\/IMG_5755.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px;\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-Kv4McDwgR6s\/TefvjuX-1yI\/AAAAAAAAD1w\/viAc5WnqK50\/s400\/IMG_5755.JPG\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613718857563690786\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>I started this container almost a year ago and am just about half way through it. I use it a lot to clean my glass top stove and also use it a lot for demonstrations. It is made of cherry pits, so it smells very nice and does not have any harsh chemicals or fumes.<br \/><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 153);\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><br \/>Scour Off is one of the products in the trio that I use to clean my entire house.<br \/><\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/--ggDfBogz50\/Tef23SMkWpI\/AAAAAAAAD14\/2FvfPvcDduQ\/s1600\/IMG_4813.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px;\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/--ggDfBogz50\/Tef23SMkWpI\/AAAAAAAAD14\/2FvfPvcDduQ\/s400\/IMG_4813.JPG\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613726890178402962\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 153);\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><br \/>The other two are <a href=\"http:\/\/waterways.myshaklee.com\/us\/en\/products.php?sku=00015\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 153);\">Basic H2 Super Organic Concentrate<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><\/span><\/span><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/waterways.myshaklee.com\/us\/en\/products.php?sku=00525\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 153);\">Basic G Concentrate Germicide<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><\/span><\/span><\/a>. I sprayed a little of the Basic G in the shower today to help disinfect.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Since I was at it, I decided to clean the glass shower door too. I used the same cleaners that I did with the floor and they worked great! Here is a before picture:<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-1lj6BPaixO0\/Tefuk1QiRNI\/AAAAAAAAD1Q\/LERw28S4VIQ\/s1600\/IMG_5751.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-1lj6BPaixO0\/Tefuk1QiRNI\/AAAAAAAAD1Q\/LERw28S4VIQ\/s400\/IMG_5751.JPG\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613717777079747794\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>You can see in the bottom right of the before picture where I cleaned a small area to show the difference before I cleaned the entire door. Big difference!!<\/p>\n<p>And here is the after:<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-A8Sl10N9bRs\/TefulLHfy4I\/AAAAAAAAD1Y\/jc4pcOoqfBk\/s1600\/IMG_5752.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-A8Sl10N9bRs\/TefulLHfy4I\/AAAAAAAAD1Y\/jc4pcOoqfBk\/s400\/IMG_5752.JPG\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613717782947416962\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Notice the dark shadow in the top right corner. That is the shelf with all of our shampoo, soaps, etc. You can&#8217;t see it in the before picture because the door was so cloudy from the soap scum! lol<\/p>\n<p>One of the best parts of using these Shaklee cleaners is that they are completely safe to use around my entire family. My 9 month old was only a couple feet away from me, happily playing, as I cleaned today. I wasn&#8217;t worried about any fumes or chemicals harming him.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-KXDCWvuVHq0\/TefukZR3saI\/AAAAAAAAD1I\/D8KfPD9HvNY\/s1600\/IMG_5746.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-KXDCWvuVHq0\/TefukZR3saI\/AAAAAAAAD1I\/D8KfPD9HvNY\/s400\/IMG_5746.JPG\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5613717769569153442\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>He was 6 weeks premature with a lot of respiratory issues in the beginning of his life. The NICU doctors told us that he would have a lot of breathing issues this first year, but he has only had one cold and doing great. I attribute a lot of that to the natural cleaners that we use in our home along with the Shaklee children&#8217;s powder vitamins that we give him.
