Dr. Daggy was so gracious to invite us to stay with him and his lovely wife, Anne, the first day and we had so much fun! I mentioned in my first post that Anne made us an awesome smoothee the next morning. It was a smoothee unlike any other I have ever had, and apparently one of Dr. Daggy&#8217;s favorites! We could see why! It&#8217;s a great idea to blend them in, especially for people who have a hard time swallowing vitamins. And so fresh tasting! Anne leaves out the milk because the vegetables and fruit add calories (and some protein, among many other goodies!) So healthy! It&#8217;s the right combination of whatever you have on hand to give you and your family the best fuel to start your day! And this certainly did for this slightly jet-lagged girl! We split the entire amount amongst the four of us. And my husband had it too, which is something new to him!
