Nedra is a nutritionist and has been with Shaklee for over 20 years. It&#8217;s a wonderful program that I have done twice and am starting again this week to help with the holiday indulgences! So many people have done Fresh start with great results! &#8211; weight loss, inches loss, energy gained and it helps to change your mindset around food!<\/p>\n<p>One of my favorite Fresh Start recipes is the Raw Cauliflower Tabouli. It gives you a lot of cauliflower which is a sulfur veggie. If you&#8217;re not familiar, sulfur foods can help ward off things like cancer. Onions are another sulfur food, and there are green onions in this recipe too! I also add garlic, another sulfur, because it adds great flavor and is so good for you!<\/p>\n<p>This is a delicious and healthy recipe I like to make and keep in the refrigerator to munch on.
