Oh my goodness! I realized that I never posted this about the awesome Shaklee Global conference I went to in Long Beach in August! It was the best time and thought to share a few highlights here!
This was my 3rd Shaklee Global conference and I always come back so energized. Everyone is always so happy to be there, you can’t help but walk around with a smile on your face. 🙂
I met up with several friends in the Shaklee family. But I also got to meet up with friends who I used to work with when I lived in southern California. It was like time had not passed.
The first day I was there, my friend and business partner Terri and I met up with our wonderful mentor, Joyce Hoffmann, at the medical professionals meeting. Terri and I are both music therapists and Joyce is a nurse.
We heard doctors and scientists speak about Shaklee’s science and integrity as well as a chiropractor who shares Shaklee products with his patients because of the quality and science behind our products. We also heard from some of the Olympic Pure Performance team and how they trust Shaklee to fuel them and not to put things in the products that should not be there.

The first night we were there we had a blast at the VIP reception 
where I received my first Tiffany box and enjoyed some yummy food and music. We also met up with Shaklee CEO Roger Barnett. I learned that he searched for many years to find a network marketing company that he could invest in. He looked at 75 companies before choosing Shaklee! He was drawn to Shaklee because it makes great products, has a strong business model, but more importantly, because Shaklee gives back to society and makes the earth a better place. It is a company built on integrity with a commitment and history of helping the environment and in general just doing good in the world. We celebrated his 10 years with Shaklee at conference!One thing that sets Shaklee apart from so many other companies is the science. This is what drew my scientist husband to Shaklee almost 5 years ago. It was really interesting to hear from doctors and scientists who are working hard to develop new products that we can share with you. Shaklee has been an innovator in natural nutrition since Dr. Shaklee developed one of the first multivitamins 100 years ago! And to learn we have a new scientist on the team, Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn, who won the noble prize in medicine for her work with telomeres, was really awesome!
An exciting part of conference was learning about the 4 new products that Shaklee just launched and the new ways that you can get a Free customer membership with some of these awesome products!
Other fun things from Conference: I ran my first 5K!! I ran the whole way – and it was awesome! Well, awesome when I was done that is. 🙂
We heard some awesome and inspiring Shaklee 180 weight loss stories at conference. This is a couple in Canada who inspired their small town to get on board and lose weight!
Jewel finished our conference for us and she was so great.
I could go on and on about conference but will leave it at that for now.
